Idyllic circular hike in the Palatinate Forest Nature Park near Carlsberg, Rhineland-Palatinate.
The route begins at a hiking car park on the K31 not far from Carlsberg. It leads past the Kupferberg, Mittelberg and goes to the Ungeheuersee. Here you can stop off at the Weisenheimer Hütte on Wednesdays and Sundays (observe the seasonal opening times). From there you can relax and return to the starting point. At the beginning there is a slight increase. After that, the route is very relaxed.
