Magical loop near Burgbrohl in Rhineland-Palatinate.
The loop starts at the Brohltalaue Ost spa gardens (parking lot P1). However, it can also be started from other parking lots/locations. From there, the hike leads past fantastic upper and lower Brohl Valley views. The far-reaching views extend as far as the high Eifel and the heights of the Siebengebirge. Hiking benches at the viewpoints invite you to enjoy and relax.
There are also excellent natural highlights such as the Trasshöhlen caves, the viaduct with the Vulkanexpress, the Teufelsknochen bones, the Herchenberg volcanic crater, the Prostei Buchholz, and much more.
Some steep slopes waiting on the loop. The trail is well-signposted. Numerous volunteer trail patrons ensure that the trail is well maintained.
