Pleasant MTB circuit from Trier-Kürenz to Benninger Bach
The first part of this MTB route leads 200 meters uphill to the Schellberg. You also pass the idyllic Benninger Bach not far from the hilltop. The second part of the route leads back to Kürenz via the Alt-Tarforst district. In the university campus, the MTB route passes the path of the monoliths on which arranged rock exhibits, such as a basalt pyramid and an archaic stone circle, adorn the park area.
There are parking spaces at the starting point at the Keune elementary school and the starting point is not far from the Trier-Kürenz bus stop. The districts of Feyer and Weismark in particular offer numerous opportunities for catering.
