Varied hike around Neustadt an der Weinstrasse.
This hiking route leads from Neustadt to the Weinbiet and Wolfsburg. The trail begins in the Meisen valley and climbs through chestnut and pine forests to the Weinbiet summit. From up there you can enjoy a wide view. The descent leads past the Hochfels natural monument with views of Neustadt and the Speyerbach valley. The path continues to the ruins of Wolfsburg Castle from the 13th century. The return route follows a high path above the valley and through vineyards back to the starting point.
