Beautiful hiking trail in the Palatinate Forest near Deidesheim, Rhineland-Palatinate. This route leads west of Deidesheim through the beautiful Palatinate Forest and, in addition to the usual flora and fauna of the nature park, also offers panoramic views of the region. It starts from the Mühltal hiking car park. From there the path leads steadily uphill through the forest to the Stabenberg and the Stabenbergwarte from where you can enjoy a great view. From there it goes downhill and quite relaxed on forest paths. Some of the forest paths are very narrow. Shortly before the starting point is reached, there is the opportunity to stop off at the Pfalzblick forest restaurant (note the opening hours).
