Promising circular hike in Namedy near Andernach, Rhineland-Palatinate.
The tour can be started on the beautiful Rhine near Namedy Castle in the car park. Alternatively, the Namedy train station is also in the immediate vicinity. Right at the beginning of the hike you can explore the idyllic Namedy Castle, a moated castle that has been converted into a palace. Then it continues through the enchanted forest to the Krahnenberg viewpoint, where you can enjoy wonderful views of the Rhine Valley and Andernach. There are also benches where you can rest comfortably. It continues on the Kleiner Stern dream path to another vantage point, the Weinsicht, before continuing through the forest back to the starting point.
