The Sintfeld-Höhenweg is a wonderful loop trail in the southern Paderborn region. This is the first stage of the 150 km long long-distance hiking trail. The route starts in Büren and ends at the Wewelsburg, the landmark of the Paderborn region. With a length of less than 13 km and only a few notable climbs, the first section of the Sintfeld Höhenweg is a good warm-up program for the subsequent, in some cases much more demanding, stages.
