Stage 7 of the long-distance hiking trail "Römerkanal-Wanderweg", North Rhine-Westphalia.
This is the seventh and last stage of the varied, around 115 km long Roman Canal hiking trail, which follows the course of a canal constructed by the Romans in the 1st century from Nettersheim through the Hohes Venn-Eifel Nature Park to Sülz.
The starting point of the seventh stage is in Bühl and the section ends in Sülz. You can enjoy beautiful deciduous forests and lakes, great views of the Rhenish bay and several historical buildings.
There are places to stay overnight and restaurants. The route can be reached by bus and train.
