As the name suggests, the Bachtäler Höhenroute leads up and down and always offers beautiful views of the Eifel. The hike starts in Zweifall, ends at the Urfttalsperre and can be divided into three stages. The route is signposted with "Bachtäler Höhenroute" and a blue river on a green background.
