The Schweriner See loop is without a doubt one of the most beautiful long-distance hiking trails in northern Germany. The third stage of the 60 km long loop starts in Flessenow on the north bank of the Schwerin lake and ends in Mueß. With a route length of over 20 km, this section through pretty little villages and past bathing spots that invite you to jump into the cool water is probably the most demanding one. There are places to stay overnight and restaurants along the way.
