The second stage of the pilgrimage requires a little more stamina than the first stage. It goes behind the Martinikirche through the city park to the south and past the Schaumburger brewery and to Krebshagen. Follow the Krummer Bach to the coal path, then you come to the county road that leads to Wendthagen. There you follow the Schaumburger Weg into the forest of the Bückeberg; from here it goes uphill. It goes past the quarry and the youth center, then it goes to Kathrinhagen, where you can make a detour to the church - there is also a natural monument, a 600 year old linden tree. It's not far to Rehren - the stage ends at the pilgrimage chapel.
