Demanding tour for mountain bikers and racing cyclists
The Taunustaler takes place on the first Sunday in August. The route has a net travel time of approx. 14.5 hours.
It starts off easy, but the closer the Feldberg comes, the more often it gets crunchy and steep! From Fuchstanz, Atzelberg, Eppstein, Judenkopf, Hohe Kanzel, Platte, in the direction of Schlangenbad and further down to the Wisper, the proportion of trails is very large. The last 50km are easier to drive but still pithy here and there!
