The Staufen, with 451m the highest point on this tour, is the namesake for this CTF. The routes of the CTF StaufenBike run in the Hofheim State Forest through the first foothills of the Taunus with Kapellenberg, Fischbacher Kopf, Staufen and Judenkopf, to name just a few of the striking route points. There are three routes to choose from:
Tour 1: Demanding, especially suitable for MTB // 51 km with 1,150 m ascent,
Tour 2: Suitable for cross and gravel bikes // 31 km with 550 m ascent,
Tour 3: Alternative to the shorter tour 2, also a simple and flatter alternative route with a length of 34 km through the Rhine-Main Regional Park for less experienced cyclists (also suitable for cross and gravel bikes).
