Bike it! - Fisch und Schipp

A city like Bremerhaven really had to be invented first! Once built as a seaport branch of its big sister Bremen, Bremerhaven is now home to one of the largest container terminals in the world. As a business location, the city is a leader in marine and polar research and, with its unique museum landscape, attracts people from all over the world: Around 200 years after its founding, Germany's only city by the sea is constantly reinventing itself! Coming from the main train station, the tour starts at the Old Harbor and leads through the museum-like Havenwelten to the areas of the maritime industry in the 21st century. This route was created by the Bremen cycling project "Bike It!".
