At the western exit of Fangschleuses, you let yourself into the Neue Löcknitz and from there paddle downstream over a narrow branch canal into the Wupatzsee. Back again, you come to the fork in the river, see the Alte Löcknitz on the left and steer into the union of the two - the Löcknitz. Between forest and beautiful wetlands you finally reach Erkner. The exit is behind the curve, where there is a parking lot on land and the Erkner forest poetry path begins. Accessible by bus and train. There are places to stop for refreshments in the vicinity of the route.
