A wonderful hike on historical ground. It takes you to the vineyard, where the monks of the monastery have been cultivating vines since the 13th century. After all the vines froze to death during a harsh winter in the 18th century, a beech forest gradually developed here and a forest garden was created by the Eberswalde Forestry Academy. The crown oak stands out impressively from the other trees. There are places to stop for refreshments near the starting point.
