The second stage from Lühnsdorf to Rabenstein goes through the typical Brandenburg pine forests, which offer a bit of cooling on hot days. You walk through the beautiful landscape of the Planetal - this is also the home of beavers. The loop to the Neuendorfer Rummel is one of the most beautiful Flämingrummel ("Rummel" are the dry valleys typical of Fläming that were formed during the Ice Age). It goes on up and down hills through meadows, fields and forests - as a joke, the Fläming is also called "Germany's smallest low mountain range". When you reach Rädigke, you walk past the mouflon enclosure and on to Raben, where the nature park center is also located. The stage destination is Rabenstein Castle - you can also stop here for refreshments. Allow about 6 hours for the route.
