The route can be reached by bus and train (Herrsching train station). From there, the beautiful loop begins on the shores of the Ammersee. As far as Wartaweil, the route follows the water and finally turns towards Andechs, where the hike leads to the historical highlight - Andechs Monastery. The Andechs monastery is famous for its monastery brewery and therefore its Andechs beer, other drinks are of course also available.
