This alpine hike leads from Kreit to the Bruennstein. With its three peaks, the Bruennstein is one of the most popular hiking destinations in the area. A good level of fitness and sturdy hiking shoes are required for the ascent. On the way, between the end of April and the beginning of November, you can stop off at the Bruennstein Haus and (with reservation) also stay overnight if you wish. Experienced, sure-footed mountaineers with a head for heights can alternatively climb from the Bruennsteinhaus via the via ferrata on the Dr.-Julius-Mayr-Weg to the Bruennstein chapel (not recommended in wet and icy conditions).
