The MTB tour begins at the parking lot of the Höhenweg between Münster and Walkertshofen. The route initially leads over forest and field paths to Siegertshofen. Shortly after the dead school, a steep trial leads to the highest point of the Buchberg. After a descent, leave Itzlishofen (Vögele) on the left and go uphill first and then downhill again to Döpshofen.
After crossing the Schwarzach there, the tour leads to the Scheppacher Chapel, Burgwalden, Reinhardshofen, Guggenberg Castle and Klimmach. From there it goes back down to the Schwarzach and gently ascends to its headwaters. It continues up and down in the direction of Erkhausen and Grimoldried.
