The hiking tour leads along the Prinzenweg from Schliersee to Tegernsee. On this route, tranquil paths alternate with breathtaking views. Shortly before the Kreuzbergalm, the route turns towards the Gindelalm and briefly leaves the original Prinzenweg. At the Neureuth beight the direction left in a southerly direction from where the path leads partly quite steeply to Lake Tegernsee.
There are refreshment stops at the Hennerer, in the alpine summer at the Kreuzbergalm and the 3 Gindelalmen as well as all year round at the Neureuth (note opening times).
