The Kocher-Jagst cycle path runs for around 340 km in a wonderful loop along the two eponymous rivers Kocher and Jagst. In addition to idyllic nature, this route enchants with numerous cities worth seeing such as Schwäbisch Hall, Bad Friedrichshall, Schöntal and Ellwangen (Jagst).
Many cyclists start in Aalen and ride the tour clockwise in six daily stages between 37 and 68 km in length. The individual stages, as well as the starting point and the direction of travel, can also be planned according to your own preferences.
With the exception of around 7 km of gravel paths, the Kocher-Jagst cycle path is paved throughout and signposted in both directions.
