Beautiful, varied circular hike in the Black Forest, Baden-Württemberg.
A very idyllic and popular circular hike along the Edelfrauengrab waterfalls and over the Karlsruher Grat (Black Forest Leisure Path). The walking time is 3.5 hours. Steep climbs are rewarded with magnificent views. The "self-service drinks kiosk" in the forest is recommended. The tour goes over the via ferrata (there is also a bypass, from the via ferrata junction directly to the Bosenstein - but then you miss the impressive views from the rocks). For hikers that are sure-footed, the rock path can be easily mastered. A little scrambling is only required in a few places. Walking the Felsenweg increases the fun factor on this tour. Except for the last kilometer (small tar road without traffic), the path is almost exclusively on forest paths. It is possible to stop off at the Bosenstein. Likewise, at the end of the tour in Ottenhöfen (lovely beer garden in the star restaurant).
