The route begins in Neuhütten at the Steinknickleturm, a 30 meter high wooden observation tower. Then follow path "No. 3 - Unterheimbach sports field". Bands of robbers are said to have been on the winding forest roads as early as the Middle Ages. The Herrenhölzle finally leads to a large sports field.
