Best beach trails in Saale-Unstrut-Triasland Nature Park

Popular loop trail in the Saale-Unstrut-Triasland Nature Park, Saxony-Anhalt. A beautiful loop trail on both banks of the Saale between Weissenfels and Leissling. In part, you walk on side roads with little traffic. The hike can be shortened by taking the train back to Weissenfels from Leissling. Interesting loop in the Saale-Unstrut-Triasland Nature Park, Saxony-Anhalt. Start is in Kleinwangen, at the railway station "Wangen (Unstrut)". The route continues eastwards through the forest to Nebra. The country town became famous through the discovery of the "Nebra Sky Disc", a bronze and golden disc that depicts the sky and is from the bronze age. Later, the route runs parallel to the beautiful Unstrut river. The quarries along the way are interesting before returning via Wangen....
