This is a short scenic hike through the Wangi Wangi Point Reserve in Lake Macquarie, NSW. Originally occupied by the Awabakal Aborigines, the locality was referred to as Wonde Wonde on an 1826 map.
The reserve is primarily a passive recreation area with the walking trails being designed to protect the environment whilst at the same time providing an opportunity to enjoy the variety of vegetation types and visual experiences found in the reserve.
