This hike circles the western part of the Möhnesee and also the Hevesee, a smaller lake separated by the Hevedamm. The route runs mainly along the forested shoreline overlooking the water. After passing the Hevesee, the route also leads through the forest to the Sankt Meinolf hunting lodge.
