This route starts at the car park east of Brenkhausen near Höxter-Holzminden Airport. The path leads directly into the Räuschenberg nature reserve, from which the path also got its name. The path circles the airfield and then leads into the forest. It makes a loop through the forest and then leads back to the starting point.
