Best wildflower trails in Datteln

Nice circular route from the Katenkreuz hiking car park (Jammertal). The route leads over 3 mountains, Kusberg, Stirnberg, and Farnberg. On the Farnberg there is a fire watch tower that can be climbed. The route mainly leads along side roads or paths. The route continues past the "Old Beech".

Very nice route in wind and weather and especially with the dog.

This route starts near the Ahsener Heide holiday camp, which is located near the Fischteichbrücke that crosses the Wesel-Datteln Canal. The path leads south into the forest, which is part of the Die Haard forest. On the way there he takes the path In den Wellen, on the way back the Ahsener Alle. It is a relatively flat hike.
