Varied Loop in Hesse A varied round on the Eisenberg, the highest mountain in the Knüllgebirge. It goes over meadows and through rustling forests and you can find many historical and archaeological traces. From the Borgmann tower you have a good view of the Knüllgebirge landscape, the Habichtswald and the Kaufunger Wald.

A short tour along the Breitenbach and Asbach brooks and along the Fulda and Geis rivers. You can also start the route wonderfully from Bad Hersfeld. It goes along the small Breitenbach, first over small fields that merge into forest meadows and finally flow into the forest. The path climbs steadily but not too steeply.
