Best wildflower trails in Kyritz

Idyllic loop in Brandenburg, Germany. You start at the Gasthaus Kattenstieg, right next to the beautiful Kattenstiegsee. A short stretch through forests and across fields to just before Königsberg and then to the left along the Königsberger See/Kattenstiegsse on the Barenthiner Weg. At the rest bench, turn left again into the forest and get back to the starting point.

This route leads in a loop around the entire Obersee (technically also around the Borker See and the salt lake). This large lake is beautiful and great for fishing. Much of the lake is surrounded by forests. The path also leads through a few other places such as Bork, Karnzow and Stolpe.
