Best mountain biking trails in Oberelsbach

Demanding mountain bike tour in the Bavarian Rhön Nature Park, Bavaria. The start of this route, which leads in an almost 50 km long loop around Bischofsheim an der Rhoen, is in Weisbach. Mountain peaks, great views and river valleys are constant companions. The first two kilometers are in the direction of Ginofls. From here it goes 4km and 300 m above sea level on a technically demanding driveway up to the basalt lake. Now the first exit to the Schweinfurt house follows. Passing the Thuringian Hut, head towards Eisgab and from here past the Rhönhof to the Black Moor. Here it is relatively flat towards the Thuringian Rhönhaus. After the descent and the approach to the foot of the Wasserkuppe there are nine approx. 500 hm that have to be mastered....
