This fantastic tour starts in Mittenwald and leads along the Isar river into the remote and little known Eppzirler valley with the homonymous managed alpine pasture. Over the Isertal saddle there is a completely drivable connection to the Gleirschtal, on whose highest point is the rustic Oberbrunnalm. A varied mountain bike tour from the Bavarian Mittenwald to the Tyrolean Zugspitz region. The MTB route leads from Mittenwald to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and on to the well-known and very idyllic Eibsee. From here you already have wonderful views of the Zugspitze. You continue to the Ehrwalder Almbahn valley station, where you can take the cable car up to the mountain station (€ 9, free bike).
