Best moderate trails in Ebern

This varied loop starts in historic Ebern and leads up to the wooded ridge of the Haubeberg in the Haßberge mountains. The route runs along natural forest paths and forest tracks through the picturesque Baunachtal valley. A particular highlight is the view from the summit plateau, which offers a panoramic view of the Lower Franconian hills in clear weather. The route is technically moderate, but requires sure-footedness due to some root-covered sections.
