Best wildlife trails in Bürgstadt

A varied route in the Main Valley near Bürgstadt, Bavaria. The circular route begins at the historic town hall of Bürgstadt. Past old half-timbered houses and many wineries, the path slowly climbs parallel to the Main Valley towards the Centgrafenkapelle. Here you can take a short break and enjoy the view over Miltenberg. Now it goes to the hang glider ramp and from the border path on a gravel road over a short steep path to the excavation at the former curtain wall. Now it goes slowly but...

The round starts at the Stutz hiking car park. Follow the Mittelhaucksbergweg, the Kanapeeweg, the Ewaldsweg and the Weigehäusleweg to the Centrgrafenkapelle. From this unfinished chapel from the 17th century you have a beautiful view of Bürgstadt, the Main Valley and the Centgrafenberg vineyard. From here it goes back to the starting point via the Litzentalweg.
