From the car park in Lichtenhain on the main road, you first walk through the village and then follow the green dot sign at the end of the village. Follow the green dot until the markings change to yellow. Now continue along the yellow line to the Kirnitschtal valley and the cowshed. From the cowshed, follow the red dot to the Lichtenhain waterfall. Continuing along the red dot, you come to the Beutelfall. After looking in horror at the ruins at the Beutelfall, go back to follow the green dot (follow the path) to the left up to Lichtenhain.
