The sixth stage of the Winterberger Hochtour begins in Hildfeld. You follow the course of the Grönebach stream to Grönebach. From there, the route leads past the football pitch to the rest area and the Entenwiese refuge, from there up a somewhat steep historic church path to the cross on the Hamm. From there you have a wonderful view of the Winterberg plateau. The route then descends along the Pastorenstein to Elkeringhausen.
