Challenging and scenic mountain bike tour in the Sauerland region near Winterberg, North Rhine-Westphalia.
The MTB tour starts at the Bremberg car park. It first goes via Winterberg and through the Ruhr Valley to Niedernfeld. From here it gets challenging - the trail climbs steeply uphill towards Langenberg and the Hochheide. The effort is rewarded with marvellous views. The route continues up and down via the Hillekopf to Küstelberg and back to WInterberg. Great views and lovely resting places are the reward for the hard work.
