This beautiful route leads from Gemünd in a large loop to Einruhr and back. On the first part, you hike across wide meadows and idyllic streams in the middle of the forest. In Einruhr, you reach the Obersee lake and hike on the other side to the Paulushofdamm dam near Rurberg. From there, the route continues along the green banks of the Urft and Lake Urft. Accessible by bus and train. There are lovely places to stop for refreshments along the route.
