Idyllic circular route through the Eifel National Park, North Rhine-Westphalia.
This idyllic circular hike starts in Gemünd and leads along the winding Eulenweg up to the Maisberg. Passing the Kohlweghütte it goes to the Mauelter Berg. The narrow Kutschweg takes you back down to the valley. The hike is well signposted with the number 11. On the way you will occasionally come across evidence of the iron industry - a separate route is dedicated to this with the iron hiking trail. Shortly before the end of the circular hike, you can stop off in one of the numerous restaurants in Gemünd and mentally review the impressions of the hike.
