This is the seventh and final stage of the certified quality hiking trail "Ith-Hils-Weg", which leads over two striking mountain ranges in the eastern Weserbergland in a loop of around 80 kilometres. This section of the long-distance hike begins in Salzhemmendorf and ends in Coppenbrügge after less than 10 kilometres. The hike takes a relaxed pace through open field landscapes and along the edge of the forest at the Saubrink/Oberberg nature reserve. Overnight accommodation and refreshment stops are available at the end of the stage.
