The certified quality hiking trail "Ith-Hils-Weg" runs for around 80 kilometres over two striking mountain ranges in the eastern Weserbergland. The route begins in Duingen. From there, it goes over the Duinger Berg and Thüster Berg to Salzhemmendorf. The town on the Kanstein is known above all for its Ith-Sole-Therme spa, which is a wonderful place to relax after a long day of hiking. There are also overnight accommodation and refreshment stops at the stage destination.
