At the entrance to Au (coming from the direction of Falkenstein), follow the hiking sign uphill towards Schlossbauernhof (Hagenau), then a little steeper uphill and left up to the Sengersberg ruins. From there, take the circular route back to Au. The trail can also be extended by walking from Sengersberg to Litzelsdorf and from there back to Au.
