The hike starts at the bus stop at the chapel in Völling. At the end of the village, turn left towards Seidlmühl and Adlmühl. At Adlmühle (trout farm), the path branches off to the right up to Saffelberg and on to Hofstetten. Walk past the mission house in the direction of Obermühl and via Niederhof and Fingermühl back to Völling.
