From the centre of Zell (car park at the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary), the Perlenbachweg trail first leads to the Schlossberg, on which the ruins of Lobenstein Castle are enthroned. The trail continues over the Hammühlberg to Krottenthal. Here you can simply turn round if you wish and walk back the same way.
