This hike is one of the highlights in the Alpenwelt Karwendel and leads to the magnificent hunting lodge, which is enthroned high up in the Wetterstein mountains and offers a magnificent panoramic view.
The mountain hike begins in Schachen. The ascent to the Lautersee and Ferchensee lakes finally begins in Mittenwald. Forest roads lead to the Wettersteinalm.
