The route begins on the edge of the Fröruper Berge nature reserve and leads, via the forest church right at the beginning, through its beautiful forest and moor landscape. On beautiful forest paths and along the small river Treene, the route then runs to the edge of Frörup and then north-east of the old gravel works in a large arc to Schmidt's meadow. On this is the small forest lake with its dragonflies, which you can often see, which gave the path its name.
