This hike leads from Pausa over the Ritzmar along the railway and past the wind turbines to the headwaters of the Weida. Not far away, separated by the Wolfshain-Neuhäuser road and a small forest, is the headwaters of the Triebes. The two streams follow their own paths to the Valentinsmühle near Schüptitz, from there they continue together as Weida to Wunschdorf and into the Elster. From the height near Neuhäuser you have a wide view of the Kuhberg and the heights of the Vogtland. The path leads through Arnsgrün, Schönbrunn and Bernsgrün into the forested area of the Kulm.
