Wonderful loop in the Bliesgau biosphere reserve. A marvellous and varied loop that is particularly popular with nature lovers. With a bit of luck, herons, kingfishers and various fish can be spotted at the Blies bridge over the Blies river. Orchids can also be marvelled at on the calcareous grassland between April and June. There is an ice cream parlour and a restaurant to stop off at along the way. The route is marked with a heart and the white lettering "Bliesgau Blicke" on a green background. The start is at the car park very close to the bus stop "Gersheim Busbahnhof" - so arriving either by car or by public transport is possible.
