The hike begins at the Worms Rhine Bridge. From here it goes to the Hessian side of the Rhine and on the Rhine dam towards Lampertheim. Arrived in Lampertheim, the road between Rosengarten and Lampertheim is crossed over the bridge and the direction to Bürstadt is taken. Caution is again advised when crossing the road to Bürstadt. Now follow the field paths towards Hofheim, which you cross to the south and continue towards Rosengarten. After crossing the Rhine bridge, the starting point is reached on the Worms side.
